Sunrise Prep Academy Founder and CEO Kashif Russell is also a Former All State Honorable Mention, NCAA Freshman of the Year and International standout. Throughout my career I was able to participate in a lot of great NBA Fundamental Camps such as Frank Russell (Bulls), Perry Watson (University of Detroit) basketball clinics in Michigan, Isiah Thomas basketball fundamental camps, Damon Stoudemire guard camps in Toronto and John Lucas draft camps in Houston, Texas. After college I tried out with the Detroit Pistons and played on the same floor with Rasheed Wallace, Chauncey Billups, Lindsey Hunter and Amir Johnson to name a few. However, I signed with the ABA team in Detroit (Detroit Panthers). After that season I flew to play in Mexico to play in the Cimeba League. I also played in professional showcases in Europe.

Furthermore, from participating at those camps and playing professionally I was able to memorize all the drills and activities that went on to make myself a great player and also develop those tactics in becoming a great coach for future players to come. I am pleased to teach these skills on an International level. With several Russell family members participating in basketball careers on the highest echelon (NBA, FIBA) our student athlete events will provide an edge to all scholar athlete participants on a professional level.

He represents the company as the primary point of contact with the client and maintains a positive client relationship. Oversees the coordination closeout of subcontracts and projects per the contracts requirements. Hire skilled professionals who will provide the manpower needed to improve the quality of a specific project awarded through contracts. Develop business strategies to expand sales opportunities with new and existing clients. Negotiates scope of work and execution of contracts with the client. Provides timely and accurate feedback information for company reports. Ensures that all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to pre- established specifications and contractual terms.

Aldis Presley went to Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy where he
played varsity basketball all four years. He won the state championship
in his senior year, 2004. He went to college at Texas Wesleyan
University on a Table Tennis scholarship. He was a dual athlete in
college playing Basketball and Table Tennis.  While at Texas Wesleyan,
Presley was a 6-time national champion. He was a part of a Table Tennis
team that performed at halftime during a Dallas Mavericks game. After
the show, Rick Carlisle saw Presley shooting and was impressed thus
reigniting Presley’s basketball career.

He received his degree in Exercise Science in 2010. After graduating he
tried out and was selected to play for the Atlanta Aliens of the
American Basketball Association(A B A). Due to financial hardship of the
Aliens at the time, the Aliens folded. Presley and his father picked up
the market and started their own franchise in the ABA, called the
Southwest Warriors in 2012. He played and coached on the professional
level since 2012. From to 2015-2019 he coached middle school and high
school at Landmark Christian School and from 2021-2023 he coached high
school at Whitefield Academy.

While playing in the ABA, Presley averaged a triple double in his second
year in the league. His highest scoring year in 2017-2018, he averaged
25.4 points, 9.2 rebounds, and 6.1 assists per game. He also was a nine
time all star during his playing career. He ended his career with
averages of 16.3 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 8.4 assists.

Coach Ford hails from Cambridge, Massachusetts. Athleticism,sports and physical fitness have always remained an integral part of his life. He attended Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School where he ran track,played football and was a 4 year starter on the basketball team. During his high school basketball career Coach Ford obtained the following awards and accolades:

Following high school, he  transitioned to Bridgton Academy, one of the oldest, accredited postgraduate schools in America, located in Bridgton,Maine. His one year tenure at Bridgton Academy helped him obtain a 4 year scholarship to the illustrious Howard University in Washington,D.C. While at Howard Coach Ford is proud to have majored in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. He obtained the following accolades during his time at Howard University:

Coach Ford has mentored, coached and encouraged youth with a focus on leadership, nutrition, strength and skills training in addition to sports programming for many years.
